Totech Cooling Cabinets
The XSDC Cooling Cabinets from Totech Europe are designed for applications requiring reliable and energy-efficient cooling, with a primary focus on solder paste storage. The XSDC 601 maintains a stable internal temperature range of 0–12 °C, ensuring optimal paste condition while minimizing energy consumption.
The cabinet features a dual-wall, insulated stainless-steel construction, delivering excellent thermal stability and durability in demanding production environments. Standard 40 kg capacity shelves are included, with the option to integrate FIFO shelving or dedicated FIFO modules for cartridges and jars, supporting correct material rotation and process compliance.
When combined with optional software, the XSDC system enables tracking of solder paste locations as well as monitoring time in and out of refrigeration, enhancing traceability and process control.
