Swing bridge conveyor segment to connect production lines. The gate is useful to get a walk through passage in production lines.

Edge belt conveyor system with a 530 mm long conveyor segment. The conveyor is used as a connecting element between 2 machines in a production line. The precise rail design allows  quick and easy adjustment of the conveyor width using clamping levers. Lift Gate - VEGO Compact BLG 01

The Lift Gate is a transport conveyor that can create an opening in a production line. The conveyor segment can be hinged open by the operator and has to be closed manually again. The opening is 845 mm wide. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.
 

Rework Station with three segments - VEGO Compact BRS 03

The Rework Station is mostly placed after an Automatic Optical Inspection System (AOI). It is equipped with three singlelane segments with a length of 530 mm each. The segments consist of two rails with separately driven transport belts. After receiving signals from the AOI “bad” PCBs are lifted on the middle segment for rework. In the meantime “good” PCBs can be transported freely below the lifted bad PCB. The “good/ bad” sorting can be deactivated at any time by a selector switch.
