X-eye 5000BTS is a high-performance X-ray Inspection system for general non-destructive testing and failure analysis. With 90kV micro-focus closed tube equipped, X-eye 5000BTS provides high quality X-ray image with 5 micro focal spot size.
With programmable multi-axis control, including table-tilting function X-eye 5000BTS can inspect the object at any magnification and any oblique view. With Auto Teaching (CNC programming), the system can be used as a semi-automatic inspection system.
X-eye 5000BTS comes with user-friendly operating environment. Various measuring and annotation tool is included.
